Our Mattress Sanitization Process

 

Mattresses require delicate handling—improper cleaning can damage their structure or introduce moisture, leading to mold and permanent stains. At Captain Scrubs, we’ve perfected a swift, innovative sanitization method that eradicates dust mites and revitalizes your mattress quickly, without compromising its integrity.

 

Step 1: UV Vacuum
We begin by dry extracting with a UV vacuum that removes particles from the surface of the mattress.

Step 2: Stain Treatment
Stains are treated according to type and severity.

Step 3: Hot Water Extraction 

Hot water is injected into the mattress and extracted with high powered vacuum motors to remove stain residue and deeper contaminants.

Step 4: Dry Steam

An ultra-heated steam is used to penetrate deeply and give the mattress a final sanitisation.
